How the cybersecurity audit works
From ordering the audit to receiving your report, with real screenshots of every step — so you know exactly what to expect after paying.
1. You order the audit
You enter the domain to audit and your email, and pay the one-time fee (with any discount that applies to you). Until payment is confirmed, no verification data is shown to you.
2. You access your panel
As soon as payment is confirmed, we email you a one-time access link. There's no password to remember: whenever you want to log in, you request a new link from "Log in" with your email (or by searching by your website's domain, if you don't remember which email you used).
3. You confirm you own the site
Before the tests run, you need to prove the website is yours (or that you have authorization from whoever manages it) — a legally necessary step, since unlike the SEO report, this audit includes real active tests. Choose whichever of the three methods is most convenient: a DNS record, a file, or a tag in your homepage's code. Only one is needed.
DNS record: add a TXT record with the exact value we give you.
File: upload a file with the exact name and content to the root of your site.
HTML tag: add a line inside your homepage's <head>.
4. You give consent and launch the analysis
As soon as we confirm verification, you tick the consent box (recording that the audit, including the active tests, is being carried out with your consent) and click "Launch audit". From there you don't need to do anything else: the analysis runs on its own.
5. You receive your report
We email you as soon as it's ready. The report includes a score, a count of findings by severity, a plain-language risk summary, and an action plan with concrete steps to fix each issue — never just a list of problems with no guidance on what to do about them.
If something goes wrong along the way
All your audits stay visible in "My audits", with their status and the date of the last attempt. If something fails, we tell you the date and the reason, and you can retry it yourself with a button, without having to write to us.
