A AUDITGOON

Legal Notice

1. Ownership identification

In compliance with the information duties set out in Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following details are provided:

2. Purpose

This website offers two independent services: (a) an automated SEO analysis of a website the visitor specifies, with a free summary report and an optional full report with a prioritised action plan; and (b) a cybersecurity audit, described in detail in section 3 below, including active tests that require prior verification of domain ownership.

3. Cybersecurity audit: specific scope and conditions

Unlike the SEO analysis, which is purely passive (observing what is already public, the same way a search engine would), the cybersecurity audit includes active tests against the audited website (basic SQL injection, reflected XSS, dangerous HTTP methods, directory traversal). Because of this, the following conditions apply specifically to this service:

4. Conditions of use

By using this website you agree to use it in accordance with the law, good faith and public order, and not to use it for illicit purposes or purposes that could harm the rights and interests of third parties. For the SEO analysis, you must only submit URLs you are authorised to have analysed; for the cybersecurity audit, the additional conditions in section 3 apply.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on this website (texts, design, source code, logos) is owned by the site owner or used under licence, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reports generated for a specific audit are for the requester's own use.

6. Liability

The analysis provided is automated and informative in nature. The owner does not guarantee the absence of errors or that following the recommendations will produce specific results, and accepts no liability for decisions made based on the reports. Section 3 sets out additional liability terms specific to the cybersecurity audit.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona), except where consumer protection law establishes a different mandatory jurisdiction.
